Your Role: Craft Unforgettable Tattoo Experiences
Consult. Design. Communicate. Connect.
You’ll be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring they feel understood, valued, and confident in bringing their ideas to life. Your role will be pivotal in helping turn our clients’ visions into stunning tattoo designs.
Greet and consult with clients
Help new and returning clients develop their tattoo ideas into workable designs for our artists
Communicate clearly
Ensure a smooth process by bridging communication between the client and our artists, ensuring each customer feels confident in their tattoo journey
Assist in design
Collaborate with the team to make sure each design meets our high standards of creativity and quality
Customer relationship
Build lasting relationships with clients by making them feel appreciated and heard.

Who We’re Looking For
Your creativity, communication, and customer service skills are what will make you thrive at Xclusive Ink.
We need someone who:
Is fluent in German and English (Spanish is a plus)
Has customer service experience, especially in consulting and building customer relationships
Is proficient in ProCreate and owns an iPad
Brings flexibility and creativity to help meet studio needs
Has industry experience or a strong interest in tattoo culture
Is design-savvy, whether self-taught or studying in a design-related field
